Due to their growth and success, we are now looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team based in their head office in the Lower Mainland.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers directly on a regular basis. If you are a self-starter, enjoy a fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service experience, this could be the career for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and providing customer care
  • Responding to service inquiries including quoting customers and receiving and processing orders
  • Telesales and follow up on existing accounts
  • Assisting the sales team
  • Preparing reports as required

Requirements:

  • 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Personable and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Self motivated and willing to take initiativeustomer
