Due to their growth and success, we are now looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team based in their head office in the Lower Mainland.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers directly on a regular basis. If you are a self-starter, enjoy a fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service experience, this could be the career for you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and providing customer care
- Responding to service inquiries including quoting customers and receiving and processing orders
- Telesales and follow up on existing accounts
- Assisting the sales team
- Preparing reports as required
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Personable and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Self motivated and willing to take initiativeustomer
