
Lock Search Group is actively seeking a resourceful and innovative Inside Sales Representative to help maintain their high-level service to key accounts throughout Western Canada. The Inside Sales role is fast paced and exciting. Energetic and passionate about customer support, you will provide software expertise to internal teams while proactively delivering unforgettable service experiences for customers with your cool and calm demeanour.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize effectively and politely address internal team inquiries pertaining to the procurement, evaluation and implementation of software, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for sales teams
- Impress confidence upon clients through the delivery of effective and satisfying experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage smooth flow of order, conversion and implementation processes
- Produce accurate and effective sales support documents to customers and sales teams with urgency in mind
- Administer support for other sales processes and reporting requirements in support of Accounts and Software Teams
- Special projects as directed by Management
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude and a devotion to exceptional customer service.
- A proven track record of success and 2+ years working in sales support, purchasing or customer service environments
- Solid understanding of software licensing, experience in a VAR or distribution channel is an asset
- High comfort-levels with independently resolving customer issues in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field an asset
