Known for their industry expertise, honest advice, and great client service, they are looking to add a Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team and manage and enhance an existing book of business.
The ideal Commercial Account Manager is comfortable in a busy office and adaptable to shifting priorities. They are a master in client service and can be open and candid with clients while sharing their industry expertise. The Commercial Account Manager knows how to deliver and can think creatively on their feet to follow through for their clients. A knowledge of the construction business and US markets is a definite asset.

Requirements:
- Valid Insurance License (minimum Level 2)
- 3+ years insurance broker experience in commercial construction, industrial building services or US markets an asset
- CAIB, CIP, or CRM designation(s) an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A dedication to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing the highest level of service
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to be successful working independently as well as part of a team
