Based in the Richmond Subway development office, we are looking for an inspirational leader, a strategic technician, and an operational expert.

As the key leader of the executive team reporting to the Board, the President is responsible for the entire development and franchise operations in BC and Alberta. Ensuring operational efficiency and overseeing growth of the business in the region, the President will be tasked with providing superior leadership and direction for an established, experienced, and tenured team.  Consistently ranked among the top development regions for Subway globally, the President will be inheriting a very strong operation to develop and lead into being the “restaurant of the future.”

As the President, you will need to have proven senior leadership experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry, with a preference in QSR. Strong overall business acumen, good financial comprehension, and excellent operational expertise are necessary. As this is a very “hands-on” President position, we are looking for someone who is strong at building relationships with both internal staff and with franchise operators. You must “love” being out in the field, in the front lines with your staff and the franchise partners. The President is also a key conduit to Subway World Headquarters and a representative to both national and regional Franchisee Advertising Fund board.
