My client is a Fortune 500 world leader in business outsourcing. Due to an incredible growth year and phenomenal success in BC, we are looking to add a Sales Manager to their team in Vancouver.

The Sales Manager is responsible to manage and lead a sales team of 6-8 experience sales professionals. We are looking for an experienced sales leader who has an excellent grasp of the sales process, has a strong understanding of solution based sales, and at least 3+ years of experience in leading a B2B sales hunter team. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing performance, recruitment, developing and implementing sales strategies. They must have a proven record of success as a sales professional themselves, as well as a sales leader. Experience in business outsourcing is a definite asset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Commerce
• 5+ years experience in B2B sales
• At least 3 years experience leading a sales team
• Proven track record of success in leading a high performing sales team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
