Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be focused on developing their sales skills and experience while working closely with the Sales team. This position will provide you with world class sales training and will prepare you to advance to owing, managing and developing a territory of your own.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Initiate, develop, and maintain customer relationships
- Scheduling and confirming client meetings and preparing presentations
- Preparing proposal and bid specifications when necessary
- Completing the required sales training and excelling to move into owning your own territory
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Diploma or University Degree preferred
- Minimum 1+ years sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Passion to learn and excel
