Our client is a global leader in print and imaging equipment, document management services and IT solutions. Due to the growth and expansion in the BC market, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Solutions Consultant to join their Legal Markets team. As a Sales Solutions Consultant, you are responsible for building and developing the business within the Legal Services vertical in Vancouver.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue targets in the software and services
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Direct Sales Representatives, or other sales specialists within the Services Division
- Gain in-depth knowledge, corporate client structure and environment – Identify decision makers, identify opportunities and client needs
- Ability to calculate and communicate ROI and how to determine and deliver value based on solution based sales approach
- Provide accurate forecasting software/services revenue
- Complete and drive RFP/RFI activity
- Ensure that the CRM is accurate and build a strong sales pipeline
- Take ownership of the software and services business and be a key resource to the rest of the sales team
- Manage all renewal opportunities as well as identify other potential areas of business growth within the portfolio
- Establish an advisor status with the clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education – Business or technology degree or diploma preferred
- Minimum of 5 years solutions based sales experience
- Experience in selling into the legal market a must
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships to deal effectively at all levels of an organization
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to effectively turnaround objections and work around business obstacles
- Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking ability
